We are a non-profit organization made up of professionals, academics, environmentalists, and business leaders who share the mission of ensuring the sustainability of Costa Rica’s national parks. Our work ranges from ongoing training for park rangers to improving infrastructure for visitors.
We believe that small actions can achieve great things. We aim to enrich the human experience in national parks for the enjoyment of every visitor. We dream of creating a community committed to environmental care.
By conceptualizing concrete, sustainable, and high-impact projects that benefit both park rangers and visitors to protected wilderness areas, ensuring their funding and effective execution.
We promote projects that help ensure the long-term sustainability of Costa Rica’s protected wilderness areas while enhancing visitor experiences. In fact, 1.6 million people have benefited from our work by visiting the reserves and national parks we have supported.
We have trained and provided scholarships to dozens of park rangers to complete the Diploma in Protected Wilderness Area Management.
We develop accessibility projects in various areas, enabling people with disabilities to enjoy the forest, the sea, and marine turtle watching.
Our volunteers have worked hand in hand with us, improving more than 20 conservation areas across the country.
