During the last period, IB Compass carried out a robust training workshop program, designed to strengthen pedagogical competencies and the professional development of educators. In total, 7 training rounds were conducted, with 26 workshops: 16 virtual, 4 in-person, and 6 customized according to the needs of the institutions.

More than 375 participants benefited directly, including 96 scholarships granted to teachers from public schools and and 75 international educators who joined the academic exchange.

For their part, the InterCAS and InterTOK programs InterCAS e InterTOK brought together students from across the country to explore the connection between knowledge, community service, and transformative action.

• InterCAS: 12 participating schools (7 public and 5 private), with with 14 projects led by 42 students and 15 teachers, together with 16 companies that provided resources and mentorship.
• InterTOK: 2 intensive sessions with 15 schools (8 public and 7 private), 221 students, 24 teachers and the support of 8 partner companies, focused on dialogue, ethics, and critical thinking.

The program also promoted InterCAS Mental Health, with the participation of 5 schools (3 public and 2 private), 22 students and 5 teachers, fostering emotional well-being and empathy as an essential part of comprehensive education.

Likewise, the Mentorship component Mentorship continues to make a difference by connecting 19 alumni with 23 active students, generating networks of support, inspiration, and professional growth. This mentorship model reinforces the sense of community and the sustainability of educational impact.
